Estanda takes part in a social responsibility project
Estanda, in particular its industrial plant in Ibarra, has completed a collaboration project with KL, by incorporating a person with a disability, as machine operator assistant in the Molding department.
As part of the social economy, Katealegaia (KL, s.l.) is a non-profit making business organization. With the mission to create and maintain quality jobs for disabled people in risk of labour market exclusion, KL facilitates their access to ordinary employment in many companies in Guipúzcoa (Spain).
This news emphasizes the recruitment people with disabilities, despite the high requirements indispensable in the steel foundry sector. This project responds to the social responsibility policy carried out by Estanda, collaborating with different institutions, over the years.
